X-Secure’s mission is , “to protect any customer from any Cyber Threat on today and future with simple operation but smarter technology, come with the lower total cost of ownership (TCO)” for customers” X-Scure is came with the new model of 24 x7 SOC services, called “Modern SOC” that uses the latest Cyber Security technology, Open XDR that can help and support our clients minimize or eliminate the risk from cyber threat. บริษัท เอ็กซ์-ซีเคียว จำกัด ให้บริการด้านความปลอดภัยระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ครบวงจร ที่เรียกว่า Managed Security Service โดยให้บริการให้คำปรึกษา และการออกแบบระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อความปลอดภัยจากภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์ จัดหาระบบบริการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเฝ้าระวัง และแก้ไขปัญหาภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์ (CSOC: Cyber Security Operation Center ,CSIRT: Cyber Security Incident Response Team, MDR: Managed Detect & Response) ที่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไซเบอร์ครบทุกระดับ (Tier Service) ประจำอยู่ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทุกวัน (24×7 Service) ด้วยเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีระดับโลกที่ทันสมัย เช่น นวัตกรรม AI (Artificial Intelligence), ระบบ ML (Machine Learning), เทคโนโลยี XDR (Cross-Layered Detection and Response), เทคโนโลยี WAAP (Web Application & API Protection ), เทคโนโลยี SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) ตลอดจนเทคโนโลยี SIEM as a Service เป็นต้น.
